Nick Wood

Customer Success Manager

Nick has worked in sectors such as telecoms, media and advertising, analytics consulting, and data technology for over 25 years. In that time he has built and led operational, digital analytics, consulting, project and customer success teams in order to transform requirements into sustainable solutions.

He’s been a senior manager for international organisations such as TMP Worldwide, Yell.com and Vodafone and a director at specialist digital agencies and consultancies, giving him an invaluable perspective into the data-driven value chain. He understands how to develop and deliver collaborative and successful partnerships. Nick holds post graduate qualifications in business management - Certificate and Diploma In Management Studies (DMS) - MBA level years 1 & 2.

At Alliants he focuses on how best to work with partners, suppliers, and customers to develop and deliver collaborative, sustainable data-driven solutions.  Since joining, he’s led the delivery and client relationship for one of our largest projects with Saatchi & Saatchi New York. ASA Futurescape is a mobile-first experience that helps teenagers explore jobs based on their personalities and discover what they’re passionate about. He’s also a key member of the leadership team for our Incisively insight suite.
