Nick has been involved with how to understand, improve and leverage online journeys, from commercial and customer perspectives, for over 20 years. In that time he has built and led operational, digital analytics, consulting, project and customer success teams in order to transform requirements into sustainable solutions.
He’s worked in senior management roles for international organisations such as TMP Worldwide, Yell.com and Vodafone and also been a director at specialist digital agencies and consultancies giving him an invaluable perspective into the data-driven value chain. In addition, he understands how to develop and deliver collaborative and successful partnerships. Nick holds post graduate qualifications in business management - Certificate and Diploma In Management Studies (DMS) - MBA level years 1 & 2.
